Request Workfile Screen

Use this screen to enter workfile details for workfile retrieval.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Claim Number	Enter the claim number, or select it from the droplist.
Retrieve From	Select the entity who created the workfile.
Purpose	Select a purpose option. Valid values are I will edit the workfile and return with changes, or I will review the workfile.
Next	Select this button when you have made your selections.
Cancel	Selecting this option closes the screen without saving.
